Slotkin joins Cruz, Knott, Suozzi in leading federal buffer zone bill...

Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) joined Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Reps. Brad Knott (R-NC) and Tom Suozzi (D-NY) to introduce the Right to Worship Act. The bipartisan bill would prohibit knowing disruptions or impediments to scheduled religious services within a 100-foot buffer zone around houses of worship.

The measure targets interference at entrances to synagogues, churches, and other religious sites across the United States.
