Democratic Sens. Chris Van Hollen, Tim Kaine, Bernie Sanders and eight colleagues plan to force a Senate vote requiring the State Department to produce a report on violence by settlers and Israeli forces in the West Bank.

The report would detail killings and detentions of Americans in the area.
