Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, Aurelius Capital and the Lower Saxony government will purchase a Volkswagen plant in Osnabruck, Germany.

The facility is expected to begin manufacturing components for Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system in 2027, according to a report in WirtschaftsWoche.
