Four men who drifted on an inflatable mattress in the Sea of Galilee were rescued by Magen David Adom teams. Two suffered from dehydration and received initial fluid treatment aboard an MDA intensive care boat but did not require hospital evacuation.

A passerby engaged in water sports spotted the incident and alerted the emergency teams.
