Security forces arrested Muhammad Ibrahim Abd al-Wahab Shahada, a senior Fatah operative in Tulkarm, in a joint IDF and Shin Bet operation. The arrest followed weeks of intelligence work targeting his role in planning attacks and trafficking weapons.

The operation was conducted to thwart terrorist activity in the Tulkarm area.
