Haifa faces claims of delay in memorial bench request for Nova victim

Olga Gluzman, the mother of Dana Petrenko, who was murdered at the Nova venue, has accused the Haifa Municipality of delaying her request to install a memorial bench for her daughter.

She claims that the municipality has not only stalled the process but has also demanded a payment of NIS 60,000 for the installation.
