Israel held a state memorial ceremony on Mount Herzl marking three years since the October 7 attacks. Prime Minister Netanyahu vowed there would be no Hamas rule in Gaza and issued warnings to the Iranian axis.

President Herzog honored the Nahal Oz lookouts and cautioned against political division ahead of elections.
