A Jewish man and one other victim were stabbed on Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Thursday afternoon. NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch said the suspect allegedly yelled “Allahu Akbar” during both attacks, prompting an investigation into possible hate crime motives.
