A man in his 40s was moderately injured in a shooting incident in the upscale Gush HaBikur neighborhood of northern Tel Aviv. He attempted to escape from assailants pursuing him on a scooter, who later chased him on foot and opened fire.

The police are investigating whether the incident was a robbery or an assassination attempt.
