Troops bust attempt to smuggle 50 kg of drugs across eastern border...

IDF troops from the Lions of the Jordan Battalion and trackers from the Jordan Valley and Emekim Brigade discovered more than 50 kilograms of drugs in sacks along the eastern border in the Jordan Valley.

The drugs, valued at millions of shekels, were turned over to police. Security forces have foiled smuggling attempts involving more than 200 kilograms in recent months.
