US extends visa ban on PA officials ahead of UN General Assembly...

The US State Department announced it is extending visa sanctions against senior Palestinian Authority and PLO officials for failing to meet commitments to Washington.

As a result, PA President Mahmoud Abbas will be barred from entering the United States for the UN General Assembly for the second year in a row.
