The Israeli Ministry of Defense sent Aerodrome a pre-lawsuit warning demanding NIS 30 million in compensation after the company failed to meet the terms of a 2024 tender valued at NIS 73 million for drone supply. Aerodrome announced it will refuse payment.

The company's stock has risen 337 percent this year amid management and ownership changes.
