Syria’s Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shaibani reported an "excellent" meeting with Lebanon’s Speaker Nabih Berri during his official visit to Lebanon.

The discussions did not include Hezbollah, though al-Shaibani suggested that a meeting with Hezbollah could occur if it served Syria's interests.
