Former Border Police officer Yazan Goaya has been indicted on charges of alleged sexual harassment of a minor under the age of 14 via Instagram.

The indictment states that Goaya proposed meetings for sexual activity, offered money, requested photographs, and sent sexually explicit messages to the child.
