One-year jail term for professor who killed pro-Israel demonstrator in Los Angeles

A Moorpark professor has been sentenced to one year in jail and two years of probation following the death of 69-year-old Jewish demonstrator Paul Kessler during a protest in Los Angeles.

Kessler was supporting pro-Israel sentiments when the incident occurred in 2023.
