Israeli Consul General to New York Ofir Akunis said he is thinking about good things but remains worried about Jewish safety in New York synagogues during the High Holidays.

Akunis stated that the Jewish, Italian, Irish and British pioneers who built the city want Bible-based American values and do not want Sharia laws.
