Former IAI chief's drone company sold to U.S. defense-tech group

Meteor Aerospace, a company founded by the former chief of Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), has signed a deal to sell a 51% stake to the U. S. defense technology firm VisionWave.

The acquisition is contingent on the successful flight testing of Meteor's flagship unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). This development highlights the growing ties between Israeli defense technology enterprises and American defense contractors.
