U.S., Israel, Lebanon sign framework to begin IDF withdrawal from Lebanon

A framework agreement was signed by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and the ambassadors of Israel and Lebanon in Washington, aimed at reducing Israel's military presence in Lebanon. This initiative comes as part of Israel's ongoing campaign against Hezbollah, which has led to the IDF's establishment in Lebanon over the past three months.

The agreement represents a significant step in U.S. and Israeli diplomatic efforts to stabilize the region and address security concerns posed by Hezbollah. Israeli Ambassador to the U.S., Yechiel Leiter, was present during the signing of the agreement.
