The Italian government has removed two Israeli defense companies, including Rafael, from a counter-drone project at Rome airport. The decision was reported by the Italian newspaper Il Messaggero and affects one of Italy’s most strategically important civilian infrastructure projects.

The ruling excludes the Israeli firms from participation in the security-related initiative at the major airport.
