Peter Max, the Jewish psychedelic pop artist and leader in the 'flower power' movement, died at age 88. His work included multiple Jewish and Israeli-themed pieces.

Among them was the series "36 Rabins," featuring portraits of assassinated Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
