Authorities arrested 22-year-old Dawood Faisal on hate crime charges for allegedly vandalizing the Jewish-owned Bagels & Co. shop in Queens during two incidents in May.

Faisal is held without bail on those charges and separate counts from an unrelated fatal crash that killed a member of the local Jewish community.
