Judge allows retaliation claims in ex-Google employee’s lawsuit over Israel protest...

A federal judge permitted retaliation claims to proceed in a lawsuit filed by former Google employee Joelle Skaf. Skaf alleges she was fired after taking part in a workplace demonstration opposing Google’s Project Nimbus contract with Israel.

The court dismissed several other allegations brought by Skaf in the case. Project Nimbus involves Google and Amazon providing cloud services to the Israeli government.
