Luke Bronin defeated the AIPAC-endorsed incumbent congressman in the Democratic primary for Connecticut's 2nd district. Bronin has stated he would back funding for Iron Dome but not offensive weapons systems for Israel.

The incumbent had been seeking a 15th term in the House of Representatives.
