The Dutch state broadcaster AVROTROS has withdrawn from the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest. Director-General Taco Zimmerman cited the impact of international conflicts on the event.

Zimmerman stated that such conflicts undermine the contest's neutral character and that the decision follows ongoing developments related to the Gaza war.
