Israel sends quake-relief team to Venezuela

Israel has dispatched a joint delegation from the Foreign Ministry and the IDF to assist with earthquake relief efforts in Venezuela.

This mission is notable since Israel and Venezuela have not maintained formal diplomatic relations since 2009.
