NYT SHAREHOLDERS SUE THE TIMES OVER ISRAEL COVERAGE...

Shareholders of The New York Times sued the paper parent company on Wednesday, asking a New York judge to force the board to turn over internal records on Israel-Hamas war coverage. The Free Press reports the suit was filed by the State Board of Administration of Florida and the National Center for Public Policy Research.

The filing cites a Jewish former Times video-desk employee who says she raised antisemitism and anti-Israel bias at least 15 times through managers, HR, and the standards desk before leaving in March 2026. The Times has refused to produce the records for months.
