Study Finds Traces Of 10 Different Medications Among Eilat Corals
Researchers at Tel Aviv University and the Steinhardt Museum of Natural History have found traces of 10 different medications in coral samples from the Gulf of Eilat. Notably, sulfamethoxazole, an antibiotic used to treat infections, was among the detected substances.
