An Arab American group filed a proposed federal class action lawsuit against Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Caterpillar and U. S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

The complaint alleges the defendants enabled Israeli military operations that damaged U. S. citizen-owned property in Lebanon, though the filing provided no ownership documentation.
