The Orthodox Union has named Rabbi Shmuel Silber of Baltimore its new executive vice president. Rabbi Josh Joseph will serve as the organization’s CEO.

Rabbi Silber, who leads Suburban Orthodox Congregation in Baltimore, said success depends on God’s blessing, providence, direction and wisdom.
