Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich has petitioned the High Court to overturn Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara’s directive delaying the tender for 1,234 housing units in the E1 area.

Smotrich accused the Attorney General of abusing the power of her office by issuing the delay.
