Israel Prison Service tightens restraint procedure for Yigal Amir

The Israel Prison Service has announced a new restraint procedure for Yigal Amir, who is serving a life sentence for the assassination of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.

Under the new decision, Amir will now be shackled at his legs during his time in prison.
