Israeli security forces arrested a Nukhba terrorist who took an active role in the October 7 massacre. The suspect was detained while driving a humanitarian aid truck headed to the Kerem Shalom Crossing.

The incident occurred as aid deliveries to Gaza continued under Israeli oversight.
