Ahmed Fouad Alkhatib, head of Realign for Palestine at the Atlantic Council, discussed conditions in the Gaza Strip during a Times of Israel podcast interview. He stated that Hamas bears responsibility for the October 7 attacks and resulting collateral damage.

Alkhatib also addressed social media allegations that he is a Zionist or Palestinian.
