Texas judge denies Palestinian Lebanese man's bid for release from ICE custody

A federal judge in Texas has rejected a Palestinian Lebanese man's request for release from ICE custody.

The court determined that efforts to deport Hassan Suleiman Khalaf to Gaza or an Arab village in Judea and Samaria through Israel remain feasible.
