Judge allows 'pay-for-slay' lawsuit against PA, PLO to proceed...

A federal judge has ruled that a lawsuit against the Palestinian Authority and PLO over payments to families of terrorists can proceed in court. Plaintiffs argue the program incentivizes attacks on Israelis.
