Zohran Mamdani hired a staffer in 2018 for the failed State Senate campaign of Ross Barkan. The staffer was later arrested for making terrorist threats against Jewish students.

The threats specifically targeted teenage "Lexus-Driving, Israel-Loving Zionists."
