Rep. Jamie Raskin claimed Tuesday that the Trump administration’s campus antisemitism investigations were fabricated. He said universities found in violation of federal civil rights law had been framed, citing whistleblower reports alleging manipulated evidence.

Raskin spoke as ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee.
