Metropoline is acquiring Tnufa in a merger of Israeli bus operators. Metropoline serves the Negev, Sharon and Netanya-Tel Aviv regions.

Tnufa provides service in the Jerusalem and Samaria regions. The transaction combines two major domestic transportation providers.
