An Argentine court has ordered the return of the painting “Portrait of a Lady” to Marei von Saher, sole heir of Dutch Jewish art dealer Jacques Goudstikker. The work was looted by the Nazis during World War II.

The painting was identified after appearing in a real estate advertisement in Argentina. The restitution follows legal proceedings to recover the artwork for the Goudstikker family.
