Herzog marks Majdal Shams attack, launches Druze plan...

Israeli President Isaac Herzog marked the Hezbollah rocket attack on Majdal Shams that killed 12 Druze children. He unveiled the "Dorna" leadership initiative for the Druze community during the event.

An IDF spokesperson video also commemorated the victims of the attack.
