Attorney Randy Mastro stated after oral arguments in New York County Supreme Court that the effort to obtain records from the Mamdani administration resembles conditions behind the Iron Curtain.

Mastro said the plaintiffs will continue litigating until the truth is obtained and expressed confidence the court will address the case once procedural matters are resolved.
