Retired Navy Rear Adm. Mark Montgomery stated that the United States must remain vigilant regarding North Korean leader Kim Jong Un after Pyongyang conducted a missile test during the Iran conflict.

Montgomery described Kim as unpredictable and warned that American officials can never take their eye off developments involving North Korea.
