Morocco has named its Tiznit-Dakhla expressway after US President Donald Trump in recognition of his decision to acknowledge Rabat's sovereignty over Western Sahara.

The move follows Morocco's normalization of relations with Israel under the 2020 Abraham Accords, which were facilitated by the Trump administration.
