Judge allows congregants to carry guns at Maryland synagogue but not to walk there armed...

A federal judge ruled that members of the Silver Spring Jewish Center, an Orthodox synagogue in Maryland, may carry firearms inside the building.

The synagogue's attorney stated that the decision prevents congregants from bringing guns to services on Shabbat.
