The family of Malki Roth, killed in the 2001 Sbarro bombing in Jerusalem, met with ambassadors to Israel to pursue US justice against bomber Ahlam Tamimi after her release.

Leaders failed to act on these requests despite the family's efforts beginning at the time of Tamimi's release.
