A federal judge in Boston dismissed the Trump administration’s antisemitism lawsuit against Harvard University. The court ruled that the incidents cited were too isolated and episodic to prove violations of civil rights law.

Judge Richard Stearns noted that the amended complaint focused almost entirely on three March 2025 incidents.
