Yuval Raphael, the Israeli runner-up in the Eurovision Song Contest, will return to the Nova festival site to perform at its memorial event three years after the October 7 massacre.

Both Nova and Kumu sites will hold their memorial events on Wednesday evening, marking the Gregorian calendar anniversary of the attacks.
