A Board of Peace official stated at the United Nations General Assembly that the organization envisions a de-radicalized Gaza as part of ending the current war. The official added that a similar transformation should take place in Israel amid ongoing political discussions.

The remarks were given to Times of Israel US bureau chief Jacob Magid for the outlet's Daily Briefing podcast.
