Alan Dershowitz told JNS editor Jonathan Tobin that he ended a 70-year affiliation with the Democratic Party because its mainstream leaders failed to confront antisemitic elements within the party.

Dershowitz called for single-issue voting focused on antisemitism and said he had reconciled with Larry David after the comedian also criticized the Democratic Socialists of America.
