Republican candidate Saritha Komatireddy, running against New York Attorney General Letitia James, met with members of a Black Hebrew Israelite sect. The Simon Wiesenthal Center has labeled the group as one of the most extreme promoters of antisemitic myths claiming modern Jews are demonic imposters.

The meeting took place on Monday during Komatireddy’s campaign.
